When I first saw the cookies that were being sold by a little start-up cookie company in Wheatland, Wyoming, called “Cookie Delights,” my mouth was agape and I am pretty sure that I was drooling heavily. Stacy Dunn, the owner and sole baker of the “delights” had two incredible products in one. An artistic creation of a cookie and a taste that had you craving the delicacies one right after the other. Do you set them out as ornamentation or do you eat them? I will leave the decision up to you. There is no wrong answer. Cookie Delights – every time. There is no other confection that I would even try to substitute as we entertain in our home and office. Once you’ve had the best, you can no longer settle for the rest.
