Heat-sealed cookies stay fresh in packaging for 1 to 2 weeks. Leave at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
If cookies are not heat sealed, place them in an airtight container with wax paper or parchment between layers and leave them at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
Heat-sealed cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
To Freeze: Place heat-sealed cookies in an airtight container.
To Thaw: Remove the container from the freezer and DO NOT OPEN CONTAINER until cookies are fully thawed (4-6 hours), overnight is best.
Cookie Delights is registered in Wyoming and operates in accordance with the Wyoming Food Freedom Act. Everything I make is made in my home kitchen, is not regulated or inspected and may contain allergens. I can only sell in the state of Wyoming.
At this time, I’m only offering cookies for pickup and free delivery in Wheatland, WY. I offer delivery to Albany County, Converse County, Goshen County, Laramie County, Natrona County, Niobrara County, and Platte County, Wyoming for a fee. Email me to discuss delivery outside of Wheatland.
I have a signature recipe that I use to create my "canvas." I use vanilla royal icing for my "paint."
I use honey from a local Wheatland, Wyoming beekeeper to help retain moisture and keep the cookies soft longer. The cookies do become hard after a couple weeks but retain their delightful flavor and soften up when "dunked."
I make all cookies to order, and it takes several days to make decorated cookies. I require at least one week notice for all orders.
I am a small business – it’s just me – my availability is limited. It's never too soon to place your order.
The edible art that I create is not allergen friendly. My cookies are made with gourmet quality cinnamon and nutmeg. (I am soooo thankful that I am not one of those people who are allergic) I LOVE cinnamon!
All my cookies are hand-decorated with royal icing, not buttercream. While all royal icing dries hard, mine won’t break your teeth! There’s a bit of softness from the addition of corn syrup. Also, the powdered sugar I use contains corn starch.
My cookies contain no nuts, but my kitchen is not a nut-free kitchen.
The cookies do contain dairy, wheat (gluten) and eggs.
